Katherine E. Arnaiz
Founder & Creative Director, VYRA Collective
Katherine E. Arnaiz is the Founder and Creative Director of VYRA Collective, bringing more than nine years of experience in customer service, business support, virtual assistance, and creative digital work.
Her professional journey began in the BPO industry, where she spent nine years working onsite and developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, problem-solving, professionalism, and working under pressure. Those years taught her something that would later become essential to building her own company: excellent service is not simply about completing a task—it is about understanding people, taking responsibility, and delivering work with care.
Eventually, Katherine transitioned from the traditional corporate environment into the work-from-home and Virtual Assistant industry. That transition opened the door for her to work with clients and teams across different countries, including Australia, the United States, Singapore, and Korea.
Her experience expanded far beyond customer service. Over time, she worked across administrative support, social media management, content creation, graphic design, video editing, client communication, project coordination, and digital operations. Working with different businesses, cultures, industries, and expectations gave her a deeper understanding of what business owners truly need from a remote team: people who are dependable, adaptable, proactive, and genuinely invested in the work.
But VYRA Collective was not built simply because Katherine wanted to start an agency. It was built from everything she learned along the way.
After years of being the person behind the screen supporting other businesses, she began envisioning something bigger: a company where talented people could grow together, where clients could receive both creative and business support from one dependable team, and where people were valued for more than just the tasks they could complete.
That vision became VYRA Collective.
VYRA represents Victory + Rise and carries the belief of being “Victorious, Yet Rising Always.” For Katherine, victory does not mean reaching a point where there is nothing left to learn. It means continuing to grow, remaining humble, helping others rise, and pursuing excellence with purpose.
Her leadership is also deeply rooted in faith. She believes that VYRA is not simply a collection of people who happened to meet, but a team brought together for a purpose. This is why the culture she is building centers on God at the center, people at the heart, excellence in the work, and victory together.
Today, Katherine leads VYRA Collective with the perspective of someone who has experienced the journey from employee, to remote professional, to team leader, and ultimately to founder.
She understands what it means to serve a client because she has spent years doing it herself. She understands what it means to build from the ground up because VYRA began with experience, faith, persistence, and a vision—not a large corporation behind it.
And as VYRA continues to grow, her mission remains clear:
To build more than a successful agency—to build a team where people can discover their potential, businesses can find support they can truly rely on, and everyone has the opportunity to rise together.
Rise with purpose. Win together.
VYRA was not built overnight.
Before the team, the services, and the systems you see today, Katherine invested an entire month intentionally planning, praying, building, testing, and refining VYRA from the ground up. She worked through the website and its design, carefully considered the people who would become part of the team, developed the company's internal structure, and created the systems that would eventually support both VYRA's team and its clients.
Many of those systems were tested again and again. Processes were created, adjusted, tested, and sometimes rebuilt completely not simply to make VYRA look like an established company, but to make sure that behind everything people could see was a structure the team could genuinely rely on.
For Katherine, that month was more than business planning. It was a season of prayer, preparation, and stewardship. She wanted to be intentional about what she was building, the people she was bringing into it, and the kind of company VYRA would eventually become.
And she did not build it entirely alone.
With Dennis beside her, Katherine gained another perspective. While she carried much of the vision, creative direction, people development, and systems behind VYRA, Dennis helped her see the company through the lens of a business owner challenging ideas, strengthening decisions, and helping turn creative vision into something that could also become sustainable and strategically built.
One carried the vision from her experiences. The other helped strengthen its business foundation. Together, they began turning an idea that had been prayed over, planned, tested, and refined into the VYRA Collective that continues to rise today.
